This is an 8-12-week group for female-identified survivors of sexual assault or abuse (ages 13 to 18). This therapist-led and curriculum-based group focuses on trauma recovery, processing emotional experiences, strength building, and coping skills. The weekly themes include self-compassion, emotional awareness, boundaries, and resourcing, along with psychoeducation and grounding techniques. (Note: Crime must have been reported if the survivor is under 18 years old.)
